$5 Challenge.

Today we are taking a 12 hour challenge. We are challenging 200 people to donate $5 in honor of Mia's Birthday today. Mia is not on our rescue program as she has found her forever person. Mia's wish is to help all of the rescues in the herd to find their very own forever person.

For every $5 you donate today, your name will be entered into a drawing to win a free JB's Rescue t-shirt of your color and size of choice. If we have 500 people donate, we will draw 10 names.

Here is an updated list of donations...

Big Things.

The last several months have proved this! Our rescue is small but has the potential to do B-I-G things and people see this and then become threatened by our every move. We are being watched. And I love it. That means God is holding us tighter in His hands. By His grace, this rescue is even possible. The more people watch what we are doing, the more they are able to witness the miracles He unfolds right before their very eyes! We are full of many trials and hardships. Often days I find myself wanting to throw in the towel; but His strength is what keeps us going. His plans, not ours. God saved my life using horses and each day I am continued to be reminded of them.

"A righteous man cares for the needs of his animal" (Proverbs 12:10)

It is not about those people who want to see us fail. It is about God promise to bring people together and save His creatures and show other people what is possible if you lean on Him and give Him ALL of our worries. How are we going to keep up with hundreds of pounds of feed we go through weekly? That is often our biggest worry. Each deadline, we make it. If we don't make it, there is a reason why and He will show us. There is no need for an explaination at that point.

This week, we are brushing off all of the negativity and moving forward. Harder than we ever have before...

We appreciate the prayers and continued support.
